Accounts and stored data

You can register and sign in to manage your profile, credit records, orders, subscriptions and support tickets. We store your name, email address, protected login credentials, account and session identifiers, permissions, and records of actions you take. Authentication uses essential session cookies. Account creation may also record your IP address and language for security and account operation. We store these records for your account. Your password is protected and is not stored as readable text. Advertising is not enabled. Optional analytics is described below. We retain account records while needed to operate your account, resolve support or security issues and meet applicable obligations. Request access, correction or deletion at contact@airaps.video; signing out ends your session but does not delete your account.

Hosting and contact messages

Our hosting provider delivers this site’s pages and media. Requests disclose network and device data, including your IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, to the hosting service. Hosting security and diagnostic logs may also record request identifiers, status codes and errors. They are retained separately from your generation tasks. Advertising is not enabled. Optional analytics is described below.

Our email service providers process messages sent to contact@airaps.video so the site operator can respond. Your email address, message and any attachments are processed to respond to the request. Send only what is needed; do not send photos, passwords or payment details. Request access or deletion through the same address. Email and hosting records are retained as needed to respond to requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations.

Photos, generation and retention

Photos stay in your browser until you click Generate video. Submitting sends the selected photos to us and to service providers for content moderation and video generation. We save task details, status and credit records with your account. Removing a photo from this page does not delete an earlier upload. Contact support to request deletion.

We store uploaded photos, generated videos and account-linked task details, status, dates and credit records. Our storage, content moderation and generation service providers process the data needed to fulfill your request. We do not promise an automatic deletion period: files remain until removed by the operator for a deletion request or operational needs, subject to security and legal record retention. Removing a photo, starting another task, signing out or closing the page does not delete an upload. Request access or deletion at contact@airaps.video; we cannot delete copies you downloaded or shared, or promise third-party retention terms not independently confirmed.

We also process the lyrics or idea you submit, your selected template, style and character, and the requested format and duration. These inputs are saved with the account-linked generation task and sent to moderation and generation providers as needed to fulfill that task. Do not submit sensitive personal information in lyrics or instructions. Clearing a browser draft does not delete a submitted task; contact support to request access or deletion.

Tasks and credit records

When a task is accepted, the service reserves the credit cost shown for the selected template and settings. Where content review is enabled, text and photos are reviewed before generation, and results are reviewed before delivery. Input rejection before generation releases the reservation without a charge. A confirmed generation failure without output also releases it. Generated output rejected by review is still charged. Pending or unknown review keeps credits reserved until an outcome is confirmed. An unconfirmed submission remains under investigation with its reservation; it is not automatically sent again as a new paid request. Send the task ID to support for investigation.

Caption text, downloads and other apps

Edited post text stays in page memory. Copying writes that text to your clipboard; editing it does not change the video. Downloading saves the approved video on your device. You decide whether to open or upload that file in another app. We do not connect your social accounts or publish on your behalf. Other apps process the files you give them under their own policies.

The language selector changes the language prefix in the page URL. It does not set a language preference cookie. Necessary account and security cookies are separate from this language choice.

Cookies and optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Plausible are optional analytics services. A platform collects data only when the site operator has enabled it and you have accepted optional statistics. Until then, its analytics script is not loaded and optional events are not sent to it. Declining optional statistics does not prevent sign-in, purchases or normal use of the service.

With your permission, enabled analytics platforms may receive a browser identifier, cleaned page paths, selected source or campaign information, and permitted events such as sign-in, purchases and task outcomes. Event fields can include the product, purchase amount, currency and result category. Requests to a platform also disclose network information, such as your IP address. We do not send your name, email address, photos, videos, lyrics, generation instructions, private task links, passwords or card details as analytics event fields. Administrative, API, authentication-callback and token-bearing recovery pages are excluded. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

We remember this browser’s analytics choice for up to 180 days, then ask again. An accepted choice can be linked to your account when you sign in in that browser, for no longer than the choice remains valid. Signing out or changing accounts revokes that association and stops future optional collection under that consent. Other browsers and devices keep their own choices. You can reopen Cookie and statistics settings in the footer to accept or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and clears related local identifiers, including accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information a platform has already received. Third-party retention and processing follow the relevant platform’s terms; we do not promise an unverified retention period. Refund requests

We use the information you provide in a support, refund, content-report or appeal request to investigate and reply. Send only the order/task reference and information needed for that request.
