Email contact@airaps.video for site feedback, privacy questions or rights concerns. Include the page, what you did and what you expected. Do not send private photos, passwords, API keys or payment details.

We have no guaranteed response time. For account, video or credit questions, include the relevant task or order ID. We do not provide customer service on behalf of artists or third-party platforms.

Content reports and appeals

To report prohibited content or appeal a decision, email contact@airaps.video with the page/content URL, any task ID, the suspected violation or decision reference, and relevant context. No account is required. Do not attach illegal material, especially suspected CSAM. The operator reviews reports and prioritizes child safety and credible threats. Refund requests

For a payment review, include your purchase email, order number, purchase date and reason. You can email without signing in or use support tickets when signed in. See refund requests and cancellation for the process. The existing statement that we do not guarantee response times continues to apply.
